Preparation

  • Rinse and chop your assorted fruits into bite-sized pieces. Make sure to remove any seeds or pits where needed.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and poppy seeds until well blended.
  • In a large mixing bowl, gently toss the chopped fruits with the honey lime dressing until evenly coated.
  • Cover the salad and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 10–15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Just before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
