  • 1 cup 1 cup cooked meats E.g., bacon, ham, or sausage

  • Optional Optional herbs E.g., thyme or parsley

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Layer the cheese, vegetables, and meats evenly in the pie crust.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the fillings.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Cut the quiche into wedges. Serve warm or at room temperature. The quiche pairs well with toast or a light soup.
