  • 200 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa) Chopped into small pieces
  • 50 g roasted pistachios Unsalted and roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp sea salt To enhance the flavor
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate Optional for decoration

Preparation

  • Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place them in a heatproof bowl.
  • Melt the chocolate over a pot of simmering water or in the microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.
  • Once melted, remove the chocolate from heat and stir in the chopped pistachios and sea salt until evenly distributed.
  • Use parchment paper to line a baking tray or chocolate molds.
  • Carefully pour the chocolate mixture into the molds, ensuring it is spread evenly.
  • Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
  • If using white chocolate, melt it and drizzle it over the set chocolate bar for an elegant finish.
