For the Toppings

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled Feel free to switch to mozzarella for a gooier texture.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). A hot oven ensures your flatbread crisps up nicely.
  • In a small bowl, mix the marinara sauce with olive oil.
  • Spread the sauce evenly over each flatbread.
  • Distribute the cherry tomatoes, spinach, olives, and feta cheese over the sauce layer.
  • Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
  • Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crisp.
  • Once out of the oven, top with fresh basil and, if desired, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
