Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (Can be low-fat or regular.) Use fresh cottage cheese for the best texture.
  • 2 large Eggs (No substitutes recommended.)
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella (Part-skim or dairy-free alternatives optional.) You can substitute with any cheese you prefer.

Seasonings

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (Customize with herbs as desired.)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Blends classic pizza herbs.) Feel free to experiment with different seasonings.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly to form a pizza crust.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Finishing

  • Remove the crust from the oven and let it cool slightly before adding your favorite toppings.
  • Return the topped pizza to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

This pizza is great on its own or with a side of marinara sauce for dipping. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The pizza crust can last for 2-3 days. To reheat, simply place it in the oven or a toaster oven for a few minutes until warmed through.
