Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Arrange the raw almonds evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes, stirring halfway through until they are fragrant and slightly browned.
  • Let the almonds cool completely, then chop them into coarse pieces.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, dried cherries, and dark chocolate chips.
  • Stir the mixture well to evenly distribute all ingredients.

Storage

  • Transfer the trail mix to an airtight container for storage.
  • Store at room temperature for up to five days, or refrigerate for up to two weeks.

Notes
