  • 1 piece turkey breast (about 4-6 pounds) Choose a size that fits well in your crockpot.
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned turkey breast in the crockpot.
  • Pour the chicken broth around the turkey.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  • Remove the turkey from the crockpot and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the turkey overnight with the spices and oil before cooking. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze tightly wrapped.
