  • 2 lbs baby potatoes Washed and halved
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese For topping
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the halved potatoes and toss until well coated.
  • Transfer the potatoes to the crockpot and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.

Cooking

  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden.

Serving

  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add herbs like rosemary or thyme. Avoid overcrowding the crockpot to ensure even cooking. For a crispier texture, use the oven broiler for a few minutes after cooking.
