  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  • In a large crockpot, layer the sliced kielbasa, green beans, and baby potatoes.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic on top.
  • Pour the chicken broth and olive oil over the ingredients.
  • Season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the vegetables are tender.

Notes

Serve this dish warm right out of the crockpot with crusty bread or over rice. Sprinkle fresh herbs on top for added flavor. For extra spiciness, add red pepper flakes.
