Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning according to preference.
  • Cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving Use as a base for serving.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch dressing mix, and chicken broth until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking

  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-5 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • Shred the chicken with two forks and mix it back into the gravy.

Serving

  • Serve over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add garlic powder or onion powder to the soup mixture. To adjust gravy thickness, add more or less chicken broth as desired. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in microwave or on stove.
