  • 2 cups cooked spaghetti Cooked and drained
  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken Can use leftover rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese Shredded, to be added later
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup Standard size can
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Preparation

  • In a crockpot, combine the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth. Mix until smooth.
  • Stir in the cooked chicken, cooked spaghetti, diced onion, and bell pepper.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until heated through.
  • About 30 minutes before serving, stir in the cheddar cheese and let it melt.

Notes
