  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Leftover roast chicken or rotisserie chicken works well.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Can substitute with chopped kale or baby spinach.
  • 4 large flour tortillas Whole wheat or low-carb tortillas can also be used.

For the Sauce & Mix

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing Use lighter or Greek yogurt–based Caesar for fewer calories.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Pecorino Romano optional for a saltier tang.

For Crunch & Seasoning

  • 1/2 cup croutons Use gluten-free croutons for a gluten-free option.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Stir until evenly coated.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Lay one tortilla flat and spoon about one-quarter of the chicken mixture onto the center, spreading it into a long strip.
  • Fold the short sides toward the center, then roll the tortilla tightly from bottom to top.
  • Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling, then slice each wrap in half diagonally.
  • Serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

Notes

For a crisp finish, serve immediately—this gives the best mix of soft and crunchy textures. Optional enhancements include adding sliced tomatoes, nuts, or herbs for variation.
