For the Drumsticks

  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks
  • 1 spray olive oil spray

For the Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as thyme or oregano)

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Pat the drumsticks dry with paper towels.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the paprika, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken drumsticks.
  • Place a wire rack on a baking sheet and arrange the drumsticks on top.

Baking

  • Spray the seasoned chicken with olive oil.
  • Bake for about 35-40 minutes until the drumsticks are golden brown.
  • Let the drumsticks rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil the drumsticks for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. You can also season them a few hours in advance and keep them in the fridge.
