Ingredients

Churro Bites

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8-count; or use homemade biscuit/yeast dough
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted add 1/2 tsp vanilla if desired

Cinnamon Sugar Coating

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground cinnamon

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg or pumpkin pie spice mix with cinnamon sugar

To Serve (optional)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce, caramel, or dulce de leche

Instructions

  • Preheat: Set air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease basket or use parchment liners.
  • Cut dough: Separate biscuits; cut each into 4 pieces (bite-size). You’ll have ~32 bites from an 8-count can.
  • Air fry: Arrange bites in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook 5–6 minutes, turning once halfway, until puffed and golden. Repeat in batches.
  • Coat: Stir sugar and cinnamon (plus spices if using) in a shallow bowl. Toss warm bites in melted butter, then immediately roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.
  • Serve: Enjoy warm with chocolate, caramel, or fruit dips. Best eaten fresh.

Notes

For homemade dough, let it rest 10 minutes before cutting so bites puff evenly. Coat while warm so sugar adheres. This recipe is pork- and alcohol-free.
