1/2cupgranulated sugar
1tbspground cinnamon
Optional Add-ins
1/8tspnutmeg or pumpkin pie spicemix with cinnamon sugar
To Serve (optional)
1/2cupchocolate sauce, caramel, or dulce de leche
Instructions
Preheat: Set air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease basket or use parchment liners.
Cut dough: Separate biscuits; cut each into 4 pieces (bite-size). You’ll have ~32 bites from an 8-count can.
Air fry: Arrange bites in a single layer without overcrowding. Cook 5–6 minutes, turning once halfway, until puffed and golden. Repeat in batches.
Coat: Stir sugar and cinnamon (plus spices if using) in a shallow bowl. Toss warm bites in melted butter, then immediately roll in cinnamon sugar to coat.
Serve: Enjoy warm with chocolate, caramel, or fruit dips. Best eaten fresh.
Notes
For homemade dough, let it rest 10 minutes before cutting so bites puff evenly. Coat while warm so sugar adheres. This recipe is pork- and alcohol-free.
