  • 1 pack Fresh cheese-filled ravioli Cook according to package instructions.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For sautéing.
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Adds flavor.
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved Can be substituted with sun-dried tomatoes.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For the creamy sauce.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Adds richness to the sauce.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped For garnishing.
  • to taste Salt Seasoning.
  • to taste Pepper Seasoning.

Preparation and Cooking

  • Cook the ravioli according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
  • Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the cooked ravioli in the sauce until well coated.
  • Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve warm, topped with extra fresh basil or more grated Parmesan. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove with a splash of milk or cream.
