Preparation

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika to add flavor.
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Cooking

  • Cook the chicken breasts for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Add cumin, salt, and pepper to taste.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to simmer in the creamy sauce for about 3 more minutes.
