Instructions
 

Cooking the pasta

  • Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Cooking the beef

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Making the sauce

  • Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combining pasta and sauce

  • Combine the cooked bowtie pasta with the sauce, mixing well to coat.

Notes
