Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
  • Add the butter and minced garlic to the pot; cook until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce; toss to coat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
