Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 1 medium apple, cored and cut into chunks Can substitute with pear or banana.
  • 1 cup blueberries, washed
  • 1 cup grapes, halved (optional) Slicing helps with ease of eating.
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained Can substitute with mango for a tropical twist.

For the Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Low-fat yogurt can be used for a lighter option.
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows (optional) Omit for less sweetness.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Wash and thoroughly dry all of the whole fruit.
  • Cut the apple and strawberries into small chunks. Slice the grapes in half if desired.

Mixing

  • Add all the cut and prepared fruits into a large glass bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and marshmallows (if using). Stir until smooth.
  • Pour the creamy yogurt mixture over the fruits and mix gently until fully coated.

Chilling and Serving

  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and store in the fridge for at least 3 hours to chill.
  • When ready to serve, mix once more before serving. Enjoy chilled.

Notes

Serve with fresh mint leaves for an elegant finish. Use rainbow-colored fruits for a vibrant presentation.
