For the Base

  • 2 large large cucumbers Thinly sliced

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream Can substitute with Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill Or 1 tablespoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Adjust for more tanginess
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasoning as needed

Preparation

  • Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a mixing bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  • Pour the dressing over the sliced cucumbers and toss gently to coat evenly.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Spoon the salad into serving dishes and enjoy as a refreshing side!

Notes

Enjoy this salad chilled. Can prepare in advance for better flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
