  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Adding Garlic and Mushrooms

  • Stir in the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, sautéing until the mushrooms are tender, about 3-4 minutes.

Incorporating Spinach

  • Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.

Creating the Sauce

  • Lower the heat and gently pour in the heavy cream. Add the grated Parmesan and stir until smooth and creamy.

Serving

  • Taste the sauce and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve the creamy chicken mixture over rice, mashed potatoes, or pasta.

Notes

For best results, don’t overcook the chicken and add cream at low heat to prevent curdling.
