Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Once the chicken is cooked, add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat everything through.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve immediately to enjoy the creamy texture. A sprinkle of additional Parmesan on top enhances flavor and presentation.
