Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (such as penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  • Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce to coat.
  • Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the pasta; it should be al dente to hold up well in the sauce. For extra flavor, consider adding onions or bell peppers when cooking the ground beef. If you like a little spice, you can add crushed red pepper flakes to the sauce.
