Main Ingredients

  • 1 can corn (or 2 cups fresh or frozen corn) If using frozen corn, thaw before using.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure to soften for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with favorite cheese.
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions (optional) Can add for extra flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and milk, mixing until smooth.
  • Add in the corn, sugar, melted butter, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  • Stir in the cheddar cheese and green onions if using.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm; pairs well with grilled meats, roast chicken, or salad. Top with extra green onions or cheese if desired. To store leftovers, cool completely, cover tightly, and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in oven at 350°F (175°C). Can make ahead of time.
