  • 1 large egg
  • Water as needed Adjust depending on the dough consistency.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the olive oil and egg, mixing until well combined.
  • Gradually add water as needed to form a soft dough.
  • Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
  • Divide into small portions and roll each into a flat circle.

Cooking

  • Cook on a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm as wraps, sandwiches, or a side dish. Can store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. Reheat gently.
