  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For added flavor
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • to taste Pepper Adjust according to taste
  • spray Olive oil spray or cooking spray For spraying tops before baking

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening each one slightly to form chips.
  • Spray the tops lightly with olive oil.

Baking

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  • Let cool and enjoy your high-protein snacks!

Notes

Store any leftover chips in an airtight container at room temperature. They are best eaten within a few days, but you can re-crisp them in the oven if they lose their crunch by baking them at 300°F (150°C) for a few minutes.
