  • 2 cups cornflakes, crushed Make sure to crush well for better coating.
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or olive oil For greasing the pan.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix the crushed cornflakes with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip each chicken breast into buttermilk, then coat with the cornflake mixture, pressing to adhere.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on a greased sheet pan.
  • Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.

Cooking

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
