  • 1 cup soda water or coconut water Choose soda water for a bubbly drink or coconut water for added coconut flavor.

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, fresh lime juice, and honey or agave syrup. Stir until well mixed.
  • Fill a glass with ice, leaving some space at the top.
  • Pour the coconut-lime mixture over the ice in the glass.
  • Top the glass with soda water or coconut water for a refreshing fizz.
