  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked green beans Fresh or canned can be used.
  • 1 1/3 cups French-fried onions

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and black pepper.
  • Stir in the cooked green beans and 2/3 cup of the French-fried onions.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.

Baking

  • Bake for 25 minutes or until hot.
  • Top with the remaining French-fried onions and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the onions are golden brown.

Notes

Serve hot as a side dish with your favorite protein. Can be customized with bacon, mushrooms, or cheese for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
