Preparation

  • Slice bananas thinly, about 1/8 inch.
  • In a bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar.
  • Coat banana slices with cooking spray or oil.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices.

Cooking

  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway, until crisp.
  • Let cool before enjoying.

Notes

Store chips in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If they soften, re-crisp in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes. Watch the last few minutes of cooking to prevent burning.
