  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce Good quality tomato sauce as the base.

Cheese and Toppings

  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Fresh mozzarella for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Seasonal Toppings (e.g., roasted vegetables, prosciutto, cranberries) Feel free to mix for variety.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil To enhance flavors.
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Glaze Drizzled before serving.
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Herbs Basil, arugula, or other fresh herbs.

Preparation

  • If using store-bought dough, let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to make it easier to roll out. If making homemade dough, follow your favorite recipe.
  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out your dough to your desired thickness.
  • Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.

Assembly

  • Spread a layer of tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  • Add a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
  • Add your seasonal toppings, such as roasted vegetables, prosciutto, and cranberries.

Baking

  • Place your pizza in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Finishing Touches

  • Once out of the oven, add fresh basil, arugula, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Notes

Make your dough in advance and freeze it for convenience. Prepare toppings ahead of time. Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
