Preparation

  • Wash the strawberries and dry them thoroughly with a paper towel.

Melting Chocolate

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

Dipping Strawberries

  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, letting any excess chocolate drip off.
  • Place the dipped strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Adding Toppings

  • If desired, sprinkle your choice of toppings on the chocolate before it hardens.

Setting the Chocolate

  • Refrigerate the strawberries for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
