  • 4 large tortillas For wrapping the burrito.

Preparation

  • Grill the chicken breasts after seasoning them with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  • Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.

Assembly

  • In each tortilla, layer rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, lettuce, corn, grilled chicken, and drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing.
  • Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos and serve immediately.
