  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg For vegan, use a flaxseed meal egg (1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water).
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning Feel free to mix any desired herbs or spices.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Toppings

  • Tomato sauce
  • Vegetables of your choice (e.g., bell peppers, onions, olives) Customizable as per preference.
  • Additional cheese (optional)

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This ensures the crust gets crispy.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully integrated.
  • Press the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to form your pizza crust. Aim for an even thickness, about 1/2 inch, to achieve the right texture.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through.
  • Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired toppings. Spread a layer of tomato sauce, followed by vegetables and additional cheese.
  • Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the toppings are heated through and the cheese is melted.
  • Allow the pizza to cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a gourmet touch, add fresh herbs like basil or oregano after baking. A light drizzle of olive oil before baking can enhance flavor. Experiment with different toppings to keep it fresh.
