Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped Crispy and fresh for a nice crunch.
  • 1 cup grilled chicken, sliced Can substitute with rotisserie chicken for convenience.

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing Light Caesar dressing can be used for lower calories.

To Serve

  • 4 large tortilla wraps Whole wheat or spinach tortillas are great alternatives.
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded Can swap for other hard cheeses like Pecorino Romano.
  • to taste black pepper For added seasoning.
  • Croutons (optional) Add for extra crunch.

Preparation

  • Grill the chicken until fully cooked. Use medium heat for about 6-7 minutes per side.
  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing to retain juices.
  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips.

Assembly

  • Lay down a handful of chopped Romaine lettuce on a tortilla wrap.
  • Place the sliced grilled chicken on top of the lettuce, then drizzle Caesar dressing over everything.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and add croutons, if desired.
  • Season with black pepper to taste.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to create a secure wrap.

Serving

  • Slice the wrap in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Use freshly grilled chicken for best flavor. You can prepare the chicken a day ahead for quicker assembly. Wraps can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days but are best enjoyed fresh.
