Flatbread Base

  • 1 piece Flatbread Use any flatbread of choice.

Toppings

  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped Feel free to add more for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Freshly grated cheese is recommended.
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing Adjust quantity based on taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Used for drizzling.
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Caesar dressing until well coated.
  • Spread the dressed chicken evenly over the flatbread.
  • Add the chopped romaine and sprinkle grated parmesan on top.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or air fry for 5-7 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

Serve warm, paired with a simple side salad. For optimal freshness, store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within a day or two. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
