For the Sauce

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or mayonnaise Greek yogurt is a lighter option.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust seasoning according to preference.

To Serve

  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced Use slightly firm avocado for best results.
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Greek yogurt or mayonnaise. Season it with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  • Lay your large tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, spreading it out to cover most of the surface.
  • Top the chicken with sliced avocado, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Slice each wrap in half at a diagonal angle and serve immediately.

Notes

Use warm tortillas for easier rolling. Slice the wraps just before eating to keep them fresh. Store components separately if making ahead.
