  • 2 breasts 2 chicken breasts cut into pieces

  • Preheat oven until 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Mix chicken, potatoes, rosemary, olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Spread evenly over the baking sheets.
  • Roast for 35 - 40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked to perfection and the potatoes are crisp.

Creamy Chicken and Potato Casserole

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Layer chicken and potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  • Mix cheese, cream, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the potatoes and chicken.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.
