  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust according to spice tolerance.
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta Rigatoni holds the cheese well.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For extra creaminess, add more if desired.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Mix into the cream until smooth.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For cooking steak tips.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish Chopped, for serving.

Instructions
 

Cooking the Pasta

  • Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Cooking the Steak

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Add steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Making the Cheese Sauce

  • In a separate saucepan, heat heavy cream over low heat and whisk in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

Combining

  • Combine cooked rigatoni with the cheese sauce and add in the steak tips.
  • Stir to coat, then serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat adding a splash of milk if it seems dry.
