  • 1 pound steak tips Use tender cuts for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust amount for desired spice level.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For searing the steak.

For the Cheesy Rigatoni

  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta Cook according to package instructions.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Adds creaminess to the sauce.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a rich, cheesy flavor.

For Serving

  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning the sauce.
  • Chopped parsley for garnish Chopped parsley Adds freshness and color.

Preparation

  • Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the steak tips until cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Cooking the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Meanwhile, cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and add to the cheese sauce. Mix until pasta is well coated.

Serving

  • Serve rigatoni on plates, topped with Cajun steak tips and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. When ready to eat, reheat in the microwave or on the stove until warmed through.
