Ingredients
  

Seafood

  • 8 oz salmon fillet Fresh
  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined Fresh or thawed if previously frozen

Seasoning and Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust based on spice tolerance
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Sauce Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with lighter cream or milk alternative
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Preparation

  • Season the salmon and shrimp with Cajun seasoning.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cooking

  • Add the salmon fillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir, bringing it to a simmer.
  • Mix in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add the cooked shrimp and salmon back into the skillet, coating them with the sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve over rice or with garlic bread. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid separating the sauce.
