Preparation

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with the Buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
  • Chop the celery into bite-sized pieces and add it to the chicken mixture. Stir to distribute evenly.
  • Stir in the Greek yogurt. If you want more creaminess, add a touch more yogurt.
  • Taste the mixture and add any additional seasonings you prefer, like garlic powder or black pepper. Mix to combine thoroughly.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to three days if meal prepping.

Notes
