Preparation

  • In a large pan, cook and shred your chicken. For a simple method, add the chicken breasts to the pan over medium/high heat with ½ cup of water. Shred using two forks as it cooks, and let the water evaporate.
  • Visual cue: The chicken should be white and opaque when done.

Prepare the Sauce

  • Keep the pan on medium/low heat and add butter and olive oil. Stir until melted and combined.
  • Next, incorporate the hot sauce, celery seed, and fresh pepper to taste, mixing well.

Add Veggies

  • Remove the pan from heat and stir in the thinly sliced celery until evenly distributed.

Assemble Lettuce Wraps

  • Scoop a generous spoonful of the chicken mixture into each lettuce leaf.
  • Top with blue cheese crumbles and drizzle with ranch dressing as desired.

Notes
