  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Adjust spiciness to your preference.

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Neufchâtel cheese is a lower-fat alternative.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Homemade ranch can add a fresher flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to substitute with Monterey Jack.
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional) Skip if you dislike blue cheese.
  • to taste Salt and pepper

To Serve

  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped Use chives for a milder flavor.
  • Chips or celery sticks For serving.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
  • Add softened cream cheese and ranch dressing to the bowl. Mix well until the ingredients come together smoothly.
  • Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and optional blue cheese crumbles (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold in half of the chopped green onions.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and golden.
  • Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining green onions on top before serving.

Notes

Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce right before serving for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
