Preparation

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the diced chicken and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta and fresh basil, ensuring everything is well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot, and top with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
