Ingredients
  

Pasta and Meatballs

  • 12 oz Spaghetti Or any pasta of choice.
  • 1 lb Ground beef or pork Mixing both enhances flavor.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg Acts as a binder.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste.
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded, for topping.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, parmesan, parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.

Cooking

  • In a skillet, brown the meatballs on all sides.
  • Add marinara sauce to the skillet and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • In a baking dish, layer cooked spaghetti, meatballs with sauce, and top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

You can garnish with extra parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if you like. Pair it with a simple salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
