  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard You can substitute with yellow mustard if necessary.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic to create the glaze.
  • Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets.

Cooking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy, optionally with rice, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the salmon. For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking. You can also switch up the glaze by adding ingredients like lemon juice, ginger, or sriracha.
