Ingredients
  

For the Salmon

  • 4 pieces Salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs (dill or parsley) Chopped

For Serving

  • 2 cups Vegetables (broccoli or green beans) Steamed
  • 2 cups Rice Optional

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs over the top.

Cooking

  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serving

  • Serve with a side of steamed veggies or rice.

Notes

Marinate the salmon in olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs for 30 minutes before baking for extra flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Experiment with different spices or add a splash of white wine for more flavor.
