Ingredients
  

For the Smoothie Base

  • 8 ounces frozen strawberries
  • 8 ounces frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk from a carton, not a can

For Flavor

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ounces white chocolate can use vegan if needed

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add the coconut milk to your high-speed blender.
  • Add the frozen strawberries and frozen pineapple into the blender with the coconut milk.
  • Add the white chocolate and vanilla extract to the mix.
  • Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy with no chunks remaining.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass or a mason jar and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit for the best texture. Taste before serving and adjust sweetness as needed. Chill glasses for extra refreshment.
