  • 8 oz Spaghetti Cook according to package instructions.

Protein

  • 1 lb Ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.

Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce Adjust based on desired spice level.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh ginger Use fresh ginger for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil Drizzle before serving.

Garnish

  • 3 tbsp Green onions Chopped, for garnish.

Preparation

  • Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  • In a pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.

Sauce Preparation

  • Add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, and ginger to the pan, stirring to combine.
  • Toss the cooked spaghetti in the sauce and beef mixture until well coated.

Serving

  • Finish with chopped green onions and a drizzle of sesame oil before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions or sesame seeds. Pairs well with steamed vegetables or a light salad. To store leftovers, place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove.
